Hi, I’m Meggan.

I came into this work through my own journey with therapy and a deep curiosity about what makes us who we are: our inner worlds, the roles we learn to play, the ways we protect ourselves, and the parts of us that long to be known. I’ve spent years exploring how we adapt to feel safe and loved, even when it means disconnecting from our needs or dimming down parts of who we are. That understanding lives at the core of how I hold space, gently, with empathy, and a deep respect for the wisdom that lives within. I believe healing happens in relationship and that when we slow down and listen deeply, the path forward begins to unfold.

Outside the therapy room, I find meaning in the small things: time with my teenagers, a good book, music that moves me, or creating through photography and writing. These simple joys help keep me connected to myself, and they inspire how I show up for others.

As a neurodivergent person and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know what it’s like to move through the world in ways that don’t always fit the mold. I also know how vital it is to have spaces where you feel truly seen and accepted, without needing to hide or edit parts of yourself. That’s something I hold with deep care, creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and the freedom to be fully you.
