  • Do you offer in-person or online sessions?

I currently offer therapy online to clients throughout California. In Summer 2026, I’ll also be welcoming clients to my office in Redlands, CA, for those who prefer in-person sessions.

  • How long are sessions?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Some clients find it helpful to have a little more room to go deeper, so I also offer extended sessions of 75 or 90 minutes.

  • How often will we meet?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. As therapy progresses, we may decide together to shift to every other week or another rhythm that feels supportive.

  • What happens in the first few sessions?

The first few sessions are about getting to know each other and building trust. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history and current challenges, but always in a way that feels natural and conversational, not like an interview. Together, we’ll begin clarifying your goals and exploring your strengths as a foundation for our deeper work.

  • What types of clients do you work with?

I work with women and adults who sense that old wounds or unspoken experiences are quietly shaping how they move through the world. The impact of trauma can show up in subtle ways, self-doubt, anxiety, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from your body or inner voice. Our work together invites a slowing down, a deep listening, and a compassionate reweaving of the parts of you that learned to survive at the cost of feeling whole.

  • What issues can therapy help me with?

Clients often come to me when they’re feeling stuck, weighed down by self-doubt, struggling with anxiety or depression, or disconnected from their inner voice. Many are healing from past trauma or life experiences that taught them to disconnect from their needs or their sense of self. Therapy can support you in making sense of your story, easing self-criticism, and cultivating a more grounded, meaningful connection to who you are.

  • What approaches do you use?

My work integrates Depth Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM)™, always from a trauma-informed, holistic lens. For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

  • Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • How much do sessions cost?

    Individual 50-minute session: $150 Couples session: $175
Please see my Rates page for more information.
