Therapy with me is not a one-size-fits-all process. Our first sessions together focus on building trust and getting to know you, not as a list of symptoms, but as a whole person with a story. I’ll ask thoughtful, clarifying questions to understand your world, while keeping our time warm, flowing, and collaborative. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and set intentions for our work.
Before diving into deeper layers of healing, we’ll first strengthen your internal resources, helping you reconnect to resilience, inner wisdom, and grounding. This creates a steady foundation for the deeper work ahead.
My approach integrates Depth Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM)™, always with a trauma-informed, holistic lens. Clients often come to me in seasons of transition, navigating career shifts, motherhood, identity changes, relationship struggles, grief, or the lasting impact of complex trauma. Many are highly intuitive or creative, yet have lost touch with their own needs and inner voice.
