Therapy with me

My colleagues describe me as calm, strong, and able to truly “see” the people I work with. I hold clients with steadiness and compassion, without judgment, while carrying a softness that helps people feel safe enough to open. I’m not an authority but a guide on the path—walking alongside you with curiosity, presence, and a light heart.

Even in deep and tender work, I believe in the power of humor and warmth. Sometimes the right laugh at the right time can soften the load, bring perspective, and remind us that you are not your pain—you are someone whole and worthy, learning how to reclaim yourself.

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #119428) working under the license and supervision of Dr. Avis Attaway (MFC #34493). I’m committed to ongoing learning and deepening my clinical skills through training, consultation, and reflective practice.
