Services

Therapy is a space to slow down, be seen, and explore what matters most to you. I offer a range of services designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re looking for individual support, couples guidance, or the connection of a group setting.

I’m currently seeing clients online throughout California, and beginning Summer 2026, I’ll also open my doors for in-person sessions in Redlands, CA.

    Individual Therapy

One-on-one support to help you navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with yourself.

    Couples Therapy

Guiding partners toward deeper understanding, connection, and communication.

Areas of Focus

I work with clients navigating:

  • Life transitions, including college, career changes, motherhood, identity shifts, and menopause

  • Anxiety, depression, and mood concerns

  • Recurring relationship patterns and attachment wounds

  • Complex trauma (CPTSD) and relational or identity based trauma, including LGBTQ+ experiences and religious trauma

  • Dissociation and feeling disconnected from yourself or your inner world

  • Late diagnosed ADHD and neurodivergence

My colleagues describe me as calm, strong, and able to truly “see” the people I work with. I hold clients with steadiness and compassion, without judgment, while carrying a softness that helps people feel safe enough to open. I’m not an authority but a guide on the path, walking alongside you with curiosity, presence, and a light heart.

Even in deep and tender work, I believe in the power of humor and warmth. Sometimes the right laugh at the right time can soften the load, bring perspective, and remind us that you are not your pain, you are someone whole and worthy, learning how to reclaim yourself.
